The importance of a healthy body
So why do you want a healthy body? What are your motivations for making changes in your lifestyle? Is it for yourself or for others?
Through studies, and most importantly through life experiences, I have learnt that it is so easy to blame others for our pain, faults, and unsuccessful journeys. It is so easy to get stuck in that never-ending loop due to “circumstances” and “life-events” that happen around us, and to us. But with the right mindset, with the right change of heart, and with a healthy body we can change our perspective, therefore, transforming our lives.
If you are tired and drained of doing the same thing over and over again, then you have stumbled upon the right place. I can help you. Bear in mind that it takes “two-to-tango”.

Nowadays we live in a world where prescribed drugs and seeing a doctor for reasons like ” I cannot get enough sleep” ” or “I have anxiety” – is resulting in – “sure, no problem, try these pills”
There seems not to be time to just simply hear each other out and to find a solution – through yourself.
What is the root cause of you not managing to sleep?
What is the root cause of your anxiety, chronic pain, or of your consistent sadness?
A pill won’t solve the problem, nor will suppressing your feelings, and neither will be blaming yourself and other people. The problem can only be solved by you – with intense seeking within, facing the truth – the facts, and a whole lotta love.
Reasoning out with someone can help, and here we will reason out, jot down plans, find your goals and purposes; and we will come to a point where when we see fear, we will not run away but we will run towards it!
