The importance of a healthy mind

How and why does our mind think and react the way it does, and can it be re-programmed?  

The mind is an abstract concept used to characterise thoughts, feelings, subjective states, and self-awareness that presumably arise from the brain.

Our thoughts are formed throughout our whole body, this is why it is extremely important to have a Healthy Body, and Spirit. What we feed our stomachs, what we feed our eyes and ears, and what we say are all factors we should be considering to have a healthy and sound mind. 

Nowadays to have a strong and healthy mind does not come easy. Social media is blinding all our senses, making each and everyone of us question our selves and this reality. DO not be fooled by what you see on social media. 

How can we make our mind healthy?

  1. Have a healthy diet 
  2.  Watch what you read and what you see 
  3. Train 
  4. Talk to God
  5. Find balance 

 

These are just a couple of basic points that can help alter the way your mind thinks.
