I was very hesitant to walk down the mentoring path, especially with my own daughter but, we set aside our relationship and through practices Shana studied and learnt, I now look at things differently. I put to daily exercise the methodologies she shares, and I always leave our sessions feeling empowered, motivated and redefined.

Shana and I met at work, I was doing an internship, and she was my mentor. She was not only my work mentor, but she coached me personally. She shared life tactics, exercises to control and train my thoughts, and was there every step of the way.

Moving to Malta from Brazil was not very easy. I met Shana through a work internship I was doing and she then coached me to get my anxiety down and my self-esteem up. She is an uplifting soul with a lot of life experience in her.

I grew more confident. Expressed my feelings more often, and over came my shyness. My laughter grew and life had a different meaning. Shana showed me a different life.
