His body ached with wrath
His fingers shook with turmoil
His bones melted into his skin
His lips clamped to one another
An elegant, exquisute ballerino
Preforming one of his tragic pieces
Flying with strength and failing with softness
Tossing his body around
His eyes destressed
Desperately searching
Lost in the midst of noise and flesh
Bowed to the floor is his head
But his mouth is viewed to be stretched
No sound can be heard
His scream is silent
But his pain pierces ears of them all
Softly stripped is his soul by the wind from him tossing
And as he reaches with opened arms, new life starts to form – rejuvenating his torn, used-up flesh
This musical ballet
This dance of life
This show of desolation
The act of Re-Birth
A new soul is born

The process of getting rid of the old and accepting the new is a rough scene, but nevertheless worth it.
If there is no change and discomfort growth ceases.
Most things in life work like that.
A plant can’t grow without breaking its seed and pushing through the earth.
Travelling comes with loneliness and adventure.
Becoming the best at what you do comes with struggles and love.
A healthy body comes with discipline and hard work.
A strong mind comes with solid decisions and failure.
A free spirit comes with living and letting live.
Start & Trust the process.
Let go to let in.
